  • Save the content you stream with VOD. Make sure to enable VOD to save previous shots.  On the Twitch dashboard, click the “Settings” tab and check the box marked “Store previous broadcasts.”  Use the Video Producer tab to analyze past broadcasts into short, sweet clips.
  • During the first minute of the video, include four or five of the best runs to show off your potential. Use the clips that explain your strategy and train your thinking in a variety of situations.  Make sure your clips provide context by including a few seconds of highlighting clips.
  • Less is more. Videos should be marked between 1 and 2 minutes long.  Don’t delete unused snapshots!  Interested coaches can follow up by requesting more video.  As your skill level increases, make sure to update your video with new highlights.
  • Include your basic contact information in the video and description. Shoot a short intro to your video that includes player score, rankings, main role, high school GPA, and senior year.  At the end of the video, write your email and phone number to facilitate the coaches contact.
  • Post your highlights. In addition to submitting your video to college coaches, post it on Twitch, YouTube and a free NCSA recruitment profile to ensure maximum exposure.
